For 11 long days we traveled to Oregon by truck with Rich's fam for a family reunion that is held every five years. The reunion was held in the mountains of Hyatt Lake for the first five days. It was so fun to stay in our tent and play cards day and night. After camping we stayed at Rich's mom's cousin's house near Medford, OR. They have the most gorgeous home with a swimming pool and everything else you could imagine. We took a boat ride down the Rogue River, hiked through the gigantic trees of the Redwood forests, stopped at the beach, and visited Crater Lake. It was so beautiful in green Oregon! The most gorgeous lake ever ... Crater Lake! It was formed by a volcanic eruption that colapsed into a crater. It then filled up with water from rain and snow! It is one of the deepest lakes in the United States and the prettiest blue you will ever see!

The ocean on the Oregon coast. I have to say this was my favorite day! I just love the sand in my toes!
